The girl who believed in love and its power wasn't aware of the power of lust. She unknowingly revealed her past to her lover, and he stopped talking to her. Her parents didn’t want her to work but just ask her to follow the societal norms like every other Indian girl of her age does, but she wanted more. She just yearned for 'Freedom,' but was it too much to achieve?
She decided to take a huge step in her life, a step against her norms, a step that could either build her or break her, but what? Which way did she take? Did she dare to break the chain or she just followed the trend? Did she fall in love again? Was being independent too much to wish for?

simply worded yet gets the message across. The author has room for improvement in vocabulary, but the effort is appreciable and more short stories relating to young people should be written and published.

A predictable but enjoyable read.

Quite a realistic story plot. The writer didn't drift away from the main theme, which holds the real essence of it. Loved how the girl grew out of all the problems to show a better and bright character.
