Farhan Baloch is a trainer by passion, an entrepreneur by profession and a social worker by persistence. Having worked with over 5000 corporate, youth, teachers, social workers, Farhan has had opportunities to influence top-line professionals to individuals in far-fetched villages, marginalized communities, people with disabilities and relief camps.
A graduate by qualification, Farhan is a Director at Youth Active Kaarvan Group – a premier youth leadership development firm; Marketing Consultant, Darsgah Group Of Services - a management consulting and training outfit; General Managers, Sindh Youth Services (Karachi) -He has set up Leaders' Expo Conference 2017 and been associated with it as a lead trainer since then.
Farhan's horizon of consulting in learning design and delivery ranges from national-level working groups to ethnic to community-based initiatives. His ability to map needs and to conceptualize interventions based on participation, inclusiveness and sustainability makes his work relevant, revered and replicable. His global connection and local action have helped him match up with global consulting groups. He is currently the Co-Ordinator at ILM AMBASSADOR for Take A Child To School (TACTS), which has reached out to over 170,000 children across 60 cities.
As a trainer, Farhan assimilates business, religion, philosophy and psychology. His sessions are a roller-coaster journey of realizations, audio-visual content, exercises and simulations. A usual Farhan's-session makes participants reflect, celebrate, cry and connect.
Farhan's adventure extends to his personal life with his huge network of friends from all walks of life. His next big thing is to make his models available in Social Media and videos.
