It is a very unusual book that wouldn't have been my first pick at a bookstore if I be really honest as the topic is not what I would go for as a reader. But surprisingly, after giving it a thorough read, I am very impressed and understand its importance of it. Growing up, I had my fair share of bad experiences with teachers. Many have left brittle scars that still require adequate healing. This book directly comes in contact with the teacher helping them to fix a decorum and find the fruitful joys in teaching. The writing is very simple which is the best part as it keeps the interest intact. It deals with a wide array of vital subjects like professionalism, lesson planning, class registrations, differentiation, etc. Yes, it all might sound boring on the surface but trust me when I tell you that it's written in a very concise and conversational manner. The author has instilled his years of professional teaching experience in the book so that it serves as a guide for anyone wishing to adopt the same profession.
