Discover Shanakht (شناخت) — Season 6 of Unkahi Kahaniyan, an Urdu short story anthology from Qissa, Pakistan’s first self-publishing platform.
The season’s theme is identity, and the question behind it is a pointed one: how much of who we are is actually built by other people’s opinions of us? Produced with support from the United States Institute of Peace, the collection set out to give unheard voices a place in the mainstream and to let new writers tell stories rooted in the problems around them.
