INTRODUCTION

The news of about daily massacres in various parts of the world was the primary source of my nagging unease. This reinforced my belief that the news' negativity was the primary cause of whatever negative thoughts or feelings I was experiencing. When I got home, I was confronted with how I was living my life for the first time. I pondered why I had been exposing myself to so much negativity, just to return home exhausted. That day, I made a conscious decision not to watch television the next day. And, as I had predicted, my experience was becoming better and better in every way. That was the last time I watched any television program, and it was also the first day I gave up what I had considered a normal way of life.

In order to succeed in the milieu I lived in, I needed to take a more mindful approach. Because I was exposed to a wide range of experiences and was continuously assaulted with information, I needed to examine the underlying biological and psychological aspects in order to define my way of life and, as a result, my identity.

We accumulate countless hours of schooling and information over the years in an attempt to piece together all of the puzzle pieces and create something meaningful out of our existence. We make an effort to cope with the people and environment around us. However, we rarely attempt a thorough examination of our ideas and actions. We rarely regard our failures and current position as a signal to return to the beginning. We think and act quickly, and since we live in such a fast-paced society, we are constantly under pressure to keep up. Slowing down is crucial for aligning our thoughts and experiences, as well as drawing useful conclusions and solutions.

Every event, every encounter, teaches us a valuable lesson in life. To extract these teachings, we simply need to empty our minds and adopt a style of questioning. The curiosity to explore and evaluate topics is ultimately what we need to instill in our lives. It is necessary to be reawakened to one's own self and to reach a more authentic version of oneself. “A whole new world will be revealed as we delve further into these life teachings, and our place in this infinite Universe will be aligned soon enough.” Humans are doomed to succeed in one situation while failing in another. These are the basic rules for each life experience, especially if we are venturing into unfamiliar territory. Our perseverance is determined by our failure. The fundamental driving force behind success is the ability to pick ourselves up and try again. When one falls in life, he must ensure that he has a firm foundation on which to rebuild rather than relying on rubbish.

Many of us pass through adolescence without developing understanding of the issues we confront. Few of us understand that problems arise for a reason, and that every circumstance is a blessing in and of itself. This can only be understood if one spends as much time as necessary analyzing current events in order to develop proper conclusions and move on. It's impossible to determine life lessons on the scene. The greatest way to get the most out of it is to let go of the idea and trust that it was in one's best interests. Life provides us subtle clues here and there as it progresses through different phases, allowing us to deduce the underlying meanings. The most significant lesson I've learned so far is that it's not the problem itself that matters, but what I'm going to do about it. Reality, as well as riches, abundance, happiness, and success, exist within us. However, we have learned to live a life of constraint, relying solely on external affirmation. We live very constricted lives because we are trapped in the societal framework and idiosyncratic constructions, and we do not allow ourselves to become genuinely aware of this truth. Governments, societies, schools, and our families have all established boundaries for us to stay within.

We are currently in survival mode, which means we are either fighting or fleeing. The virulence of this mental state leads to hostility, disorder, and uncertainty, all of which lead to unhappiness and a constant feeling that something is missing. The amount of information we are assaulted with, both positive and negative, is over-stimulating our minds with images and outside stimuli from all sides, regardless of what we desire or the path we choose to pursue. While we may prefer to live our lives in a certain order, our brain is befuddled by external events that present us with a plethora of options that are noted in our subconscious mind.

"We wonder this way through life, living it subconsciously, and hoping for a better tomorrow."

We've evolved into 220V devices plugged into a 440V power supply. As a result, calamity strikes.

Only a select number of us have the ability to unlock and utilize the power of mental clarity. The true gifts for successful living are single-mindedness, singular focus, clarity of perception, and thinking freedom. The truth is that we are enslaving ourselves and enslaving our potential. Our captives are our body and docile mind. We are enslaved by the delusion of intentional autonomy. This is a mirage when we are constantly bombarded by preconditioning from all sides, to the point that we are oblivious to how limited our vision has become. "We can only cultivate curiosity and learning if we break free from this conditioning and unwittingly acquired undesirable habits."

This childlike curiosity allows us to do everything we set out to do. "A caged lion should not be expected to command the jungle."

Creating massive tornadoes around us and leaping in and out of them on a regular basis through a variety of acts is not the answer. What we need to do is develop a path that we can stick to. Either we consciously choose to live more positive lives and remove all external stimuli, or we choose to remain conditioned to our suffering. A happy life is created rather than won in a competition. There are guidelines for living a decent life, which include avoiding undesirable habits and cravings.

Being divided between what we want and what we don't want is a difficult task. It's a truck with more cargo than it can carry, but it's heading nowhere. How are we going to win? To acquire psychological maneuverability, one must first empty the unneeded carriage. Many of us have become materialistic, self-centered individuals who are primarily concerned with their own well-being as a result of these competing conditions. We are unconcerned about the environment in which we work; we are oblivious that society plays a big influence in our lives. Reciprocity is fundamental; before getting, one must give; nothing will come to us unless we first give a portion of it. As a result, one should start by following the principle of giving before getting.

The majority of us simply anticipate to receive in life. We've gotten into the habit of only contributing when we're getting something. But, as the saying goes, "no man is an island unto himself." We wouldn't be exposed to any societal pressure if we did. Success and happiness would be irrelevant if you were alone on this island. Happiness, on the other hand, does not come readily to us in our daily lives. Constantly comparing oneself to others makes us feel as if something is lacking, especially as our exposure to social media, where everyone portrays himself in the best light, grows.

We must accept that we will succeed, and that all meaningful states of being are worthless unless they are shared with those around us. It is normal for us to consider our own prosperity and well-being. However, in order to make a difference in the world, those thoughts should be mirrored in our daily lives. True happiness erupts from making a valued change in other person's lives. One can almost immediately observe beneficial changes in one's own life by doing so. As we confine our social interactions against our own human nature, the more we fail to recognize this chain of events, the more difficult it will be to measure our personal improvement. The world around us has shrunk to the point where people hide behind their phones. While all of this relatively new technology is necessary for communication and learning, it limits our viewpoints and narrows our paths of existence. This has the effect of narrowing our perspective and restricting our genuine potential.

We have, in many ways, neglected to engage with the real people around us, preferring instead to converse with those behind screens. This way of life has resulted in the creation of an image-based world. We unintentionally create bubbles around ourselves, turning our lives into prisons and concentration camps controlled by our habitual thought patterns. We gradually realize "how hollow" our lives have become as a result of the persistent feeling of emptiness.

We should re-establish a desire for more in-depth interactions with one another.

Some people are unaffected and continue to live in this manner. Those who survive ultimately suffer turmoil, as if they are trapped in the eye of a storm. In our brains, we've created numerous realities while turning a blind eye to our own selves. Although the ease with which we may obtain information has helped us expand our understanding, we still lack fundamental knowledge. We currently rely solely on our surroundings for confirmation. We are enthralled by the material items that surround us, which appear to be extremely gleaming from the outside, but we place little value on building human bonds. At a time when the mind is the doorway to a broader, more sophisticated reality, we have made our minds into our deadliest adversaries.

At that point, our thinking is the only means to our freedom and salvation. We were unable to deal with living reality because we suppressed our issues and reveled in the fantasy of perfection. Maintaining a smiley face while maintaining a sense of utopic denial is a dangerous psychological game that limits our ability to live a healthy life. If this was allowed to go on for too long, he would be unable to climb back up the internal walls of the fictitious reality he had made for himself.

We have been conditioned to seek for difficulties, accidents, murders, and general negativity as a result of media coverage. For the sake of feeling alive or experiencing a hormone surge, we like attaching ourselves to this terrible reality. Being aware of bad facts gives us a sense of security in knowing that they are occurring outside of our area of influence. It has unwittingly become an excellent tool to boost energy, causing distractions and routine disturbance. However, this delusion has a negative impact on our health. What is real, as well as what is fake, has become who we are on its own. Our subconscious mind has been programmed to store and display any data it receives. The subconscious mind is unable to distinguish between the two sensitivity levels.

Others have found that life has become a pattern, consisting of waking up, killing time with work or other activities, and going to sleep without actively reviewing the day that has passed.

As a result, one's passive state of mind suffers significantly. Failure to impose a conscious direction and a clear perception of what we want may result in a vicious cycle of too many lags, in which one forgets the past, passively agonizes over the present, and falls asleep fearful of the future. If we pay close attention to our ideas throughout the day, we may find that the brain has only a few options. We tend to focus on our everyday duties and issues, and we accept this as the norm out of habit, rather than paying attention to our capabilities and skill set.

As a result, we've evolved into problem solvers rather than dreamers. We have a tendency to become enslaved by our regular routines. The persistent sensation of unease, worry, and remorse is caused by the plethora of daily occurrences and the fast-paced lives we all lead. Our biological, spiritual, and psychological stability are all impacted by unfavorable externalities in our daily lives. We drift further away from our genuine goal and get carried away to develop our custom-made illusions. These become swamps where we drown in our negative thoughts, asking why life is so difficult and forgetting that all we have to do to get to shore is swim.

Our characters, attitudes, and values are shaped by the ongoing inflation and deflation of the bubbles we live in as a result of our daily events and situations, as well as the negativity we are exposed to. As a result, we've already given in to the programming of limitation, which tells us that success is impossible.

As a result, instead of pursuing our objectives head-on, we aimlessly walk in circles. We've drawn a circle around point X (our attitudes) and another around point Y (our ambitions and objectives). Our brain can't comprehend the existence of point Y, or anything other than the circle we're in. The majority of us live in our comfort zones, not even allowing ourselves to psychologically investigate the notion of what really exists on the other side. We've trained our minds to preserve our position just below our imagined breaking points, even when those points don't exist.

In effect, we have an infinite number of options at our disposal. Everything would become possible if we decided to move out of our rut and pursue a more meaningful path in life.

It's sometimes necessary to take a step back for a few days in order to assess where one is in life.

What he's accomplished so far and what he wants to change. You have a hidden power within you, a power so amazing that once you understand how to use it properly, it can practically change your life. Your subconscious mind is the source of this ability.

Because they don't understand what the subconscious mind is or how it operates, most people underestimate its power. Perhaps you've been led to feel that the subconscious mind is unusual, enigmatic, or even prohibited. The subconscious mind, on the other hand, is a natural and necessary element of how your mind works. Still, there's no denying that the subconscious mind is extremely powerful. Because most people are unaware of its existence, I refer to it as a hidden ability. Your subconscious mind may assist you in achieving goals, replacing negative habits with good ones, improving your self-image, being more creative, learning faster, and much more. You can experience more happiness and joy, more success, more financial prosperity, greater health, and stronger relationships than you ever believed possible when you learn how to correctly utilize the power of your subconscious mind.

When I first started down that path, I realized that my life wasn't even 1% of what I wanted it to be. Instead than focusing on fewer, more fruitful paths, I had taken too many. As a result, I made the decision to start structuring my life and setting clear goals. Exercise is usually a wonderful place to start because it relieves mental stress.

I soon noticed that my body wasn't behaving as it should have been. My second goal was to scribble down everything that came to mind and come back to it later. At first glance, I could tell that negativity had taken hold, which came as a complete surprise. The saddest part, however, was realizing that what I believed I knew was simply on a surface level.  To get to this point, I mostly relied on my own experiences, job, casual conversations, and what I found on social media. It was at that point that I knew I needed a complete makeover of my life, body, and mind.

CHAPTER ONE:

CONSCIOUS AND SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

CONSCIOUS:

It's crucial to comprehend the features of the "conscious" mind before we can truly appreciate the subconscious mind's strength. Despite the fact that this book is about the subconscious mind's strength, I do not intend to minimize the importance of the conscious mind, which is an amazing and wonderful creation.

The simplest definition of one’s conscious mindset or mind is the segment of your mind or being that you are aware of. It has complete control over your ideas and actions.

For example, I'd like you to raise your left hand in the air right now. That is a voluntary function that your conscious mind controls. The logical portion of your mind is also known as the conscious mind. It's the part of your brain that can reason through a situation, analyze it, and make an informed conclusion based on the facts. Similarly, your conscious mind is at work when you assess past mistakes and learn from them. Another example of your conscious mind at work is when you go through the process of defining future goals.

“I made a conscious decision to do that,” you might hear someone claim. That is the conscious mind's power. It enables us to analyse the situation, assess the facts, assess the dangers, and select what we believe is the best course of action. It also allows us to put together a well-thought-out plan to carry out the course of action we've chosen.

However, as wonderful as the conscious mind is, it does have some limitations.

For one thing, the conscious mind's memory is limited. How many times have you had difficulty remembering someone's name or even where you put your keys? Those are examples of the conscious mind's limited memory. The conscious mind also has the constraint of being able to do only one thing at a time. It has to switch back and forth quickly if it tries to do more than one thing at a time. Reading when someone is chatting to you is an example. Your conscious mind can focus on what you're reading or listening to what's being spoken to you at any one moment. However, it is unable to focus on both at the same time.

The conscious mind can't perform anything it isn't "consciously" focused on at any given time, as the word "conscious" implies.

SUBCONSCIOUSNESS MIND:

When you think of your mind, the conscious mind refers to the part that you are aware of, while the subconscious mind refers to the portion of your mind that you are not conscious of. It is on call 24 hours a day and can perform an infinite number of tasks at once. It's as if your mind had a computer running in the background, managing your automatic processes, emotions, and habits. Whether you're awake or asleep, your subconscious mind is constantly at work, controlling all of your body's important operations without the assistance of your conscious mind.

To breathe, make your heart beat, digest your food, blink your eyes, and so on, you don't have to think about it. Whether you're asleep or awake, your subconscious mind takes care of everything for you. Your subconscious mind is continually connecting with every cell in your body, getting information from them and issuing commands to them. All of the normal duties that you have to learn through a painstaking process with your conscious mind are also handled by the subconscious mind.

The task of learning to drive an automobile is a famous example. Consider the first time you learned to drive a car. You had to be careful of everything you did at first. I recall a few years back training a buddy to drive. “Now we're going to turn right on the next street,” I had to say. I'd like you to let go of the gas pedal... Now activate your right blinker, step on the brake, and begin rotating the steering wheel to the right... Straighten the steering wheel now... Put your foot back on the gas and take your foot off the brake.”

To put it another way, she had to think about and be taught on every step she made. However, once she went through that conscious learning process, neural pathways created in her brain, and her subconscious mind eventually took over, so she didn't have to think about every movement or action.

She is now an exceptional driver, with her subconscious mind controlling the majority of her driving. Most of the things you've consciously learned to do, such as riding a bike, tying your shoes, and swimming, follow the same pattern. These are all things you had to learn how to do consciously, and it took a long time, but once you did, the subconscious mind took over, and you can now do them without even thinking about it. Because you did those things repeatedly with your conscious mind, your subconscious mind learned to do them. One of the keys to programming the subconscious mind is repetition. (Remember the significance of "repetition"; we'll return to it later in the book.)

Here are a few more features of the subconscious mind.

The logical half of your mind is your conscious mind. The subconscious mind, on the other hand, is the “emotional” component of your mind. It is the source of all our feelings, including love, hatred, joy, sadness, jealousy, envy, anger, and delight. Emotion, like repetition, is an important part of reprogramming the subconscious mind.

Another point to consider is that the conscious mind has a limited memory capacity. The subconscious mind, on the other hand, is not like that. The subconscious mind has an almost limitless memory capacity. In reality, everything you've ever seen, heard, or felt in your life is stored in your subconscious mind's memory bank... including every sight you've ever seen, every sound you've ever heard, and every emotion you've ever felt. All of them are kept in your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is where you store deep-seated self-perceptions, such as whether you regard yourself as gifted or ungifted, brilliant or unintelligent, successful or unsuccessful, deserving of love or undeserving of love, to mention a few. All of your life's experiences, particularly your childhood ones, have shaped your deep-seated views about yourself.

This is significant because, as adults, we typically carry many negative self-concepts and ideas from our formative years in our subconscious thoughts. Children are frequently subjected to hurtful remarks, which are easily imprinted in a child's subconscious mind and often remain there for the rest of their lives.

These nasty remarks to youngsters may come from peers, siblings, parents, or even teachers. Some instances are as follows:

  • You're overweight.
  • You're unattractive.
  • You're a moron
  • You're a slug
  • You'll never be successful.
  • You can't seem to get anything right.

I could go on, but you get the picture. When remarks like these are repeated and uttered with emotion to a youngster, the child's subconscious mind is readily trained with negative beliefs, and the subconscious mind accepts these negative assertions as facts. Negative childhood experiences aren't the only ones that can negatively train your subconscious mind. Negative adult experiences can have a similar effect. And the consequences of negative programming, regardless of when it occurs, can be devastating.

Here's why...

The self-perceptions you hold deep within your subconscious mind have a significant impact on the reality you encounter in your life. If you have subconsciously held bad views about yourself, you will tend to experience unfavorable realities in your life. If you have positive feelings about yourself, you are more likely to have positive experiences in your life.

That's because your reality will eventually reflect your subconscious self-image. Let me restate that remark since it is very important. Your subconscious idea of yourself will eventually reflect your reality.

The way it works is that your subconscious mind is in charge of your involuntary functions. This holds true not only for your respiration and heart rate, but also for your actions and behaviors. And it directs these activities and behaviors in accordance with your subconscious self-perceptions.

I'll give you a couple of examples:

  • If you have a deep subconscious perception that you are stupid, your subconscious mind will direct you to act in ways that make you appear foolish.
  • If you have a subconscious conviction that you are meant to be poor or that you don't deserve to be wealthy, your subconscious mind will lead you to mismanage money or to be drawn to situations that keep you poor since that is where you feel most comfortable.
  • If you have a subconscious belief that you are unlovable, you will push people away or ruin your relationships.
  • If you have a subconscious belief that you are unhealthy or that you will have health problems, your immune system will not operate properly, and you will become ill.

I can go on and on with instances, but I believe you've gotten the idea. Your reality is determined by the subconscious self-image you have of yourself. So, if you're unhappy with your current situation, you must alter your subconscious self-image. Your world will shift once you replace these deep-seated negative subconscious ideas into good ones. This is the subconscious mind's "hidden" strength, and it's what we'll be talking about in this section of the book.

“The biggest revolution in our generation is the revelation that human beings can change the exterior features of their life by changing the inner attitudes of their minds,” stated William James, the father of American psychology. He's correct, except that it's not a novel idea. Consider Solomon's 3,000-year-old statement: "A person is as he thinks in his heart."

We are also "Transformed by the renewing of our thoughts," according to the Bible.

So this isn't a novel concept. This is a timeless fact that has been passed down through the generations. The issue is that we don't always do a good job of putting this universal truth to work for us.

SUBCONSCIOUS MIND REPROGRAMMING:

I hope you've realized the necessity of removing negative thoughts and self-images from your subconscious mind and replacing them with positive ones. But how do you go about doing that?

There are several approaches of reprogramming the subconscious mind. One way involves creating a series of positive affirmations (using your "conscious" mind), putting them down on paper, and then going through a purposeful procedure to imbed them in your subconscious mind.

As your new affirmations are accepted by your subconscious mind, they will gradually replace the old negative beliefs that you previously held. As a result, your reality will begin to shift to reflect the new self-image stored by your subconscious mind.

Remember that your reality will eventually reflect your subconscious idea of yourself. The first step is to sit down with a pencil and a pad of paper and begin designing the life you desire. Writing down a sequence of affirmations that depict you and your life "just as you want it to be" is one approach to do this.

You can include all parts of your life, including your finances, health, relationships, charitable giving, spirituality, your home, the car you drive, your lifestyle, being a caring and giving person, how much you travel, where you go, your work, and so on.

To put it another way, create your life precisely how you want it to be.

What is the recommended number of affirmations to write down? Although there is no magic number, I recommend starting with approximately a dozen. This number is recommended since it is large enough to address numerous facets of your life... However, because it is a small number, you may quickly commit the affirmations to memory, which will be useful as you shall see.

I'm not going to try to make your affirmations for you; they have to come from you. However, some people have difficulty getting started with this procedure. So, to start your creative juices going, let me give you some examples of affirmations.

Here are a few examples:

  • I am the owner of a profitable company.
  • I go to exotic locations on a regular basis.
  • I live in the house of my dreams.
  • I own a lovely houseboat.
  • I am fortunate to have a beautiful family.
  • My marriage is joyful and prosperous.
  • I am a devoted wife (husband).
  • I am a kind mother (father). - Money comes to me easily and abundantly.
  • I have an abundance of cash. - I donate significantly to worthy causes.
  • I am fortunate to have good health. - My immune system keeps me healthy at all times.
  • I enjoy working out.
  • I am able to maintain my ideal weight with ease.
  • I enjoy eating nutritious foods.
  • I have a large number of pals.
  • My family and friends think highly of me.
  • I make other people happy.

These are but a few instances. The trick is to construct the life you want to live and the person you want to become. Even if the affirmations stated above are simply examples, I want you to pay attention to two key points. For starters, they're all written in the present tense. Make sure to write your affirmations in the present tense, as if you've actually accomplished them. Because the subconscious mind can only function in the present tense, your affirmations must be written in this manner. If you want to publish a book, instead of saying "I will write a book next year," you may say "I am a bestselling author."

Second, they're all "positive" in nature. You should avoid using negative terms in your affirmations. Some psychologists argue that negative words like "not" are not seen or heard by the subconscious mind. As a result, if you say "I'm not afraid," your subconscious mind may interpret it as "I'm afraid." Instead, offer something positive like, "I am self-assured and brave."

Don't be concerned if making your list takes some time. It's fine to write and refine your list of affirmations throughout multiple days. Creating your affirmations is a powerful exercise in and of itself, because it demands you to decide what you truly want your life to be like. It's also fine to make changes to your to-do list from time to time. That's actually a good sign that the process is working, because it suggests you're getting a better sense of what you want out of life. Simply eliminate or alter one of your affirmations if you discover it no longer resonates with you. You can also add new ones at any time.

Relax, calm your mind, and focus on the affirmations on your list twice a day. Visualize yourself as already possessing these qualities and having accomplished these objectives. Visualize yourself performing those things and being that person. It's up to you when you spend time with your list, although it's typically recommended that you do so first thing in the morning and just before going to bed at night, because the subconscious seems to be more sensitive to new recommendations at those times. It's crucial to check your affirmations in a very calm condition, regardless of when you do it, because relaxation opens the door to the subconscious mind. The thoughts and images you focus on sink down into the subconscious mind when you quiet your mind and relax.

There's no easier method to send positive messages to your subconscious mind. Make simple phrases in the active voice rather than the upcoming tense. For instance, instead of "I will," say "I am." For the subconscious, there is no concept of the future, only the current moment. This is a crucial distinction to make. Match the words to the emotions and visuals that go along with the positive assertion. Repetition is the map to success when employing well-drafted assertions that you can communicate inwardly or orally at any time and in any place. When done right, these can be extremely effective.

So, here's what you're going to do...

Find a comfy, peaceful area twice a day. It can be done either sitting or lying down, depending on your preference. (It can even be first thing in the morning and late at night.) It may make more sense to sit up until you have your affirmations memorized, because you will most likely need to read your affirmations, which is easier to do when seated. But, ultimately, you'll memorize your affirmations and won't need to read them.

Take a few deep breaths once you've found a comfortable position. Concentrate on calm, deep exhales. Exhale slowly and deliberately, relaxing every muscle in your body. Allow your body to get a little sluggish. After you've taken your final deep breath, take a few moments to focus on relaxing your muscles.

Simply begin chanting your affirmations after you are completely calm. You can either say them out or silently in your head. You can read them with your eyes open or recite them from memory with your eyes closed.

You should envision each assertion as if it were already true as you speak them. Create a mental image of oneself with these characteristics and having accomplished these aims. The success of the procedure hinges on this visualization. Your subconscious mind can't tell the difference between real and imagined. It will accept the things you visualize as real, so let your imagination go wild while visualizing your affirmations.

You should also build on each affirmation's language and add as much information as necessary to truly "experience" it. The goal is for the affirmation to provoke an emotional response from the listener. It isn't enough to speak it; you must experience it! Because your subconscious mind is the emotional part of your mind, you must program it with emotion.

If your written affirmation is "I live in my ideal home," for example, feel free to add extra information as you recite it, such as "I dwell in my dream home overlooking the ocean." It offers me tremendous joy to sit on my balcony and watch the wave’s crash on the shore while inhaling the sea breeze.”

Create a mental image when you pronounce these words. Imagine yourself sitting on the balcony of your dream home, watching the waves sweep in and inhaling the salty breeze.

Let's take another example...

Assume you have a written affirmation that states, "I completed a marathon successfully." You may add additional description to it as you recite it, such as "I feel exhilarated as I cross the marathon finish line." My friends and family are there to congratulate me on my achievement.”

Visualize yourself crossing the finish line with your hands raised in the air, your friends and family cheering for you as you recite the words. Feel the rush of adrenaline and a sense of success.

You can supercharge your affirmation by including imagination, detail, and emotion in it. The speed and efficacy with which the affirmation is embedded in your subconscious mind is substantially increased as a result of this. Simply take a deep breath, open your eyes, and go about your business once you've done your affirmations. (Alternatively, if it's bedtime, you can simply drift off to sleep after reviewing your affirmations.)

Each time you go through this process, you don't have to spend the same amount of time. Sometimes you'll finish it fast, in a matter of minutes, and other times you'll get caught up in the process and spend several minutes, if not a half hour, on it. It's entirely up to you. Always do what seems right to you. Make it a habit to do this at least twice a day. Make it a regular part of your day, just like cleaning your teeth or eating your meals. It simply becomes a part of your daily routine. Because of the principle of repetition, this is crucial. When programming the subconscious mind, it's important to keep repeating the conditioning until the new belief is completely accepted.

It's vital that you persist with the procedure until the subconscious mind accepts your affirmations completely. Because the subconscious mind can't hold two opposing beliefs at the same time, this is the case. Your subconscious mind, for example, will either believe that you are intelligent or that you are not. Both will be rejected. So, if your previous programming has implanted the opinion that you are unintelligent, your subconscious mind will believe that until you override that belief and implant the thought that you are intelligent in your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind will begin operating in accordance with the new notion once it has accepted it. When you begin the process of reprogramming your subconscious mind, you will notice some unexpected changes in your life. These changes might happen suddenly and abruptly, but they usually happen slowly and gradually. In fact, they can happen so smoothly and gently that you don't even perceive them happening. However, rest assured that changes are taking place.

You can expect to see the following changes: you will gain more confidence, you will begin to believe that you are capable of achieving your goals, you will begin to see yourself as already being the person you wish to become, and you will begin to take the necessary action steps to achieve your goals. Maintain a positive attitude, even if results don't appear to be coming in as soon as you'd want. In addition, it's critical to "anticipate" changes in your life. When you provide directives to your subconscious mind, you create a self-fulfilling prophecy. When the subconscious mind anticipates something, it brings it to pass.

It's also critical to take "conscious" steps toward your goals as your subconscious mind accepts these new beliefs. For example, one of your affirmations could be "I successfully ran a marathon," as I mentioned earlier. In this example, as you embed this affirmation into your subconscious mind, you would also want to consciously take the necessary steps to prepare for a marathon. You would start researching marathon races in your area and decide which one you want to run in. You would put together a training plan and a timetable to move you toward this goal. In this way, your subconscious mind and conscious mind work together to move you toward your goals. So as you follow this process of imbedding these new beliefs in your subconscious mind, continually ask yourself what steps you can be taking on a conscious basis to move yourself in the direction of your goals. As you do this, you will find a renewed confidence that you can achieve and accomplish every single one of your affirmations.

Commit to this process for six months, and then take a look at the changes that have occurred in your life. Once you do this, I think you’ll understand the power of this process.

Simply said, the mind is separated into two different regions: conscious and subconscious. As you read these words, your mind's conscious component is now functioning in its primary work, assisting you in assimilation of their meaning. On the other hand, another part of your mind, your subconscious, is gathering and storing this same information and drawing its own judgments based on past references stored in a personalized perception or awareness repository in a parallel and "below the horizon" manner. This remarkable and very powerful component of our makeup is accountable in many ways for how we respond to all areas of life while going about its pre-programmed job behind the scenes and under your conscious awareness. Every life event, like a dry sponge absorbing liquid, is continually and automatically registered categorically into the subconscious. It does not reject anything. A fascinating fact is that all of this data collecting begins at the very beginning of our lives—from birth—and never ends. For instance, ever wonder why children are so impressionable? No need to guess any longer. Due to a lack of life experiences from which to draw a point of reference and so influence the conscious mind's decision-making, a child's subconscious mind is essentially barren. Individuals who, for whatever reason, have had little exposure to life-changing events or thought-provoking intellectual concepts may be in the same boat. One of the main causes for this distinct feature is due to It works in the same way as a steering wheel or automation concealed deep within the mind does. The subconscious mind fills a repository fast and continuously as a result of this gathering and assimilation process, gaining power and authority by providing reactions to current activity created by the conscious or awakened portion of the mind. This mental activity partnership between the two minds is quite natural, and it shows a healthy mind under normal circumstances. The subconscious mind appears to be a mysterious element of our personalities at first look. Furthermore, as we have just seen, its manner of functioning is part of the reason it looks opaque and inaccessible. Despite our inability to fully perceive its presence or impact, the subconscious mind's capacity to direct our lives develops as we gather more life experience. Because we are unable to reach this particular place within our brains, many individuals are ignorant of any of its activities, and as a result, they have trouble recognizing the importance or worth that our subconscious mind gives. Conversely, we lack the tools and knowledge essential to make any desired changes to its contents owing to a lack of awareness.

Because the subconscious mind impacts our thoughts and actions automatically through the structure consisting or dialect from which it operates provided by our repository of collected belief systems, life experiences, and perceptions of the world around us, we can consciously re-write our subconscious thoughts, gaining more control over our lives. Most of us would prefer a life that grows in a good direction, benefiting us personally and, as a natural by-product, the well-being of others, in acknowledgment and appreciation of this massive, essential, and powerful component of our minds. When this laudable goal is achieved in practice, the benefits to all parts of life will be significant, as we will become less subconsciously connected to each other.

By meaningfully linking the two brains and recording their interactions, we may begin the process of reprogramming portions of our subconsciousness that are responsible for ego our finest, greatest intentions and goals. We periodically face reoccurring but apparently hidden symptoms in our subconscious that keep us from living our best lives, which are often manifested as enhanced joy, creativity, success, and balanced living in the usual course of life. We realize something is affecting our behavior at this point, and we decide to settle these internal conflicts with the greatest of intentions. This is a critical juncture, loaded with opportunities! The finest instances of these deeply concealed symptoms generated by the subconscious are those having a "mental imprint" of high emotional force. One such stored example is rejection from someone you care about or love. Our conscious mind will quickly get an imprinted conclusion from the subconscious to rationalize why we will be rejected in the next scenario with a projected risk of rejection. Regardless of whether this is a false notion, you may be unconsciously rejecting any possibility to feel total acceptance from another person or environment. The same may be true for high-intensity, emotionally charged low-self-esteem conflicts that emerge from feelings of inadequacy or failure, or when someone implies or labels you dumb, useless, lazy, or worse!

All of these negative associations generate extremely strong images that, if not countered or entirely removed from your psychological makeup, will result in a lifelong cycle of suffering in a variety of areas. Reprogramming your consciousness to counteract the negatively charged embedded reflexes is not difficult if you are willing to undertake a few fundamental procedures that will significantly enhance your mental equilibrium and outward reaction to life as a whole.

REPROGRAMMING THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IN OTHER WAYS:

Fortunately, for individuals who want to make positive changes in their lives, there are a few tried-and-true methods for successfully reprogramming your subconscious mind. Unwanted responses are overwritten by these approaches, which replace them with alternative or more positive orientated impacts deep within the mind's mental construct. Your subliminal engineering did not appear overnight; it was solidified and improved each time a corresponding reaction was necessary and put up as a response to a conscious thought created in waking life. As a result, it's critical to understand that when these methods are utilized regularly, they become exponentially more powerful and provide rapid results. Below are several more effective (and sophisticated) ways to begin the reprogramming process.

  • Visualization

Visual cues have a strong effect on the subconscious. Inspirational imagery will be planted in your subconscious mind when you view images that inspire pleasant and emotionally uplifting sentiments of thanks, pleasure, and appreciation, exactly as if you had personally encountered them. Because it is driven solely by emotions, the subconscious cannot distinguish between genuine and fictional beings. To produce happy feelings, collect appealing visuals from any Founts that you see. Repetition of viewing these images creates the possibility that the physical visuals will no longer be required and can be recalled at any time within the mind's eye.

Visualization is most effective when combined with meditation, but it isn't required. Meditation relaxes you, making it easier for you to construct visual sequences. By constructing visual sequences, you can put yourself in situations you don't want to be in before they happen. This enables your brain to adjust to the situation that is going to unfold.

In a nutshell, visualizing is brain training. It's similar to practicing an athletic event, except instead of muscles, you're teaching your brain to behave the way you want it to in a given situation. To visualize, all you have to do is conjure up mental images (some prefer films) of oneself successfully doing a task. You would see yourself executing the activity in third or first person, depending on your preference.

It's crucial to remember to paint the scene as realistically as possible, taking attention of details like sounds and scents. The more detailed the visualization, the more likely it is to be successful. Visualize the desired outcome and all the joy that comes with it throughout the entire event or performance. Allow yourself to experience the joy you will have when you complete the task successfully. Make it as exact and realistic as possible. Repeat as needed, and don't stop until you're certain you've accomplished your aim.

  • Environmental Influence

Some people believe that we are a reflection of the firm we work for or the place we live in. It is true that everybody lives in the world in which they expect to live. External encounters with people, places, and events can create good or negative mental imprints in the sub consciousness. Regardless of your first emotional response, your best advice is to balance a reasonable emotional response considering the environmental effect with the conscious mind and heart. When presented with potentially unpleasant events, for example, try to find something good about the situation to filter your response. Stay focused on the good aspects to avoid subconsciously implanting a negative response or unwanted impact.

  • Hypnosis

Here's a proven scientific approach that has stood the test of time and has a lot of promise to aid in the appropriate situation. Hypnosis can start subconscious retraining under the supervision of a competent practitioner by efficiently bypassing the conscious, filtering part of our mind. This time-saving, quick-fix technique is very helpful for many people since it affects behavior quickly by implanting specific modification or belief statements into the sub consciousness. In order to obtain desired results, one often seeks out a highly skilled hypnosis specialist who can provide customized sessions. Many individuals regard hypnosis as a farce; they believe it is ineffective, mainly because to the widespread publicity surrounding the technique. Hypnosis, on the other hand, is a useful tool for changing your deepest feelings. Hypnosis is comparable to meditation in that both assist you to relax; however, hypnosis goes beyond meditation and is an entirely different condition. Hypnosis awakens your mind and allows it to communicate with your conscious consciousness, allowing any personality or behavior changes to occur. Smokers who undergo hypnosis, for example, lose the desire to smoke after only a few sessions.

  • Entrainment of the brain

Entrainment of the mind is another popular treatment that has similar effects to hypnosis but does not require the use of a hypnotist. Consider self-hypnosis. Our thoughts exhibit unique, varying frequencies while in various mental states, according to modern science. Changes to the subconscious can be immediately noticed if you use almost inaudible influential remarks or positive affirmations when in one of these unique brain frequency states, such as those found in profound meditation. When using this strategy, it's crucial to keep in mind that repetition is key. There are several good sources of brain entrainment audios, most of which are geared to target a concentrated, precise change within the subconscious. Moreover, certain entrainment audios are well-designed in that they are accompanied by pleasant soundtracks.

  • Inform Others About Your Objective

Your subconscious mind would have no choice but to listen if you stated your aim or wish openly every day. Your brain must first compile and organize thoughts in order to talk, and in order to compile and organize thoughts, your brain must first compile and organize those thoughts. Even something as simple as informing others of your objectives necessitates the making of significant decisions. Your conscious mind is in charge of the entire process, relaying the plan to your subconscious. Simply by stating your thoughts, you've opened a channel of communication between the two minds. While you're explaining yourself, your subconscious is already planning how you'll achieve your goal.

The accountability aspect is a positive side effect of this step. This is another method I employed when I first started my weight-loss journey. The more people you tell about your strategy; the more people you'll disappoint if you don't follow through. For me, the accountability factor adds an extra layer of drive to a goal that I really want to achieve. It's also a great tool for overcoming procrastination.

  • Maintain your concentration

It's quite easy to get sidetracked from the most critical objectives.

When you lose focus on what matters, it's usually because your conscious mind is preoccupied with something else. Your attention gets diverted from the final aim to something more timely, but usually not nearly as vital, even while your subconscious mind wants to keep working on the original plan.

When your concentration switches, your subconscious mind's ability to take on and solve the challenges you've set before it is considerably reduced. To combat this, you must make a conscious effort to keep your attention on the subjects you want your subconscious to focus on. This means that you must be aware of the distractions that are offered to your conscious mind and make every effort to eliminate them. You'll be well on your way to achieving your subconscious's potential once you grasp how to filter your ideas so that only the most critical ones make it there.

  • Be realistic in your expectations

It's simple to inform your subconscious that you want to eradicate world hunger. You've set yourself up for failure if you do that and then learn that such a goal is beyond your capabilities. As a result, you may become frustrated and lose confidence in yourself. Setting a goal that challenges you while being realistic is a better strategy to achieve your objective. If eradicating world hunger is your ultimate aim, start with eradicating hunger in your own town. After you've achieved that goal, you can widen your horizons and focus on something more significant.

Set a hard objective for your subconscious mind, but take it slowly. It's a recipe for disaster if you go for it all straight away.

  • Persist & Persevere

Recognize that there will be setbacks now. There will be setbacks and challenges. However, keep in mind that all of this is only temporary.

There is no need for a setback to be permanent. It only becomes so if you give it permission. It's up to you to teach your subconscious and conscious minds to recognize the difference between failures and setbacks. When you get to a fork in the road, go around it. When you have to cross a bridge, do so with confidence.

Tell yourself that you will achieve your goal no matter what. Once you've given your subconscious mind the certainty that you want it to work on a goal, it'll do whatever it takes to achieve it. However, if it senses even a smidgeon of doubt (i.e., you're not completely convinced of what you want or whether you can achieve it), it will struggle to identify solutions. Be tenacious, persevere through adversity, make a firm decision about what you want, and don't let a temporary setback derail you.

Your subconscious mind will respond if you send this message to it by making a conscious decision that this is what you want.

CHECKLIST FOR REPROGRAMMING:

Here are some light things to remember, analyze, and use on a regular basis to help your subconscious make the changes you want. Really, this is a way of life and a noble endeavor that pays off handsomely both personally and in the larger world. So, here are some well-known and lesser-known, readily implemented concepts and activities to assist you in creating a new, better you! • Be your own advocate, accepting praise and compliments.

Make a conscious effort to have a cheerful outlook at all times. Possess a grateful mindset.

In all of this, let us not forget about the conscious mind. It, too, plays an important function in altering our elusive subconscious mind. The ability to become aware of both our own thoughts and reactions to regular life with all of its apparent distractions is one of the best and most notable characteristics of an awakened state. The conscious part of our mind could easily serve as the proverbial gatekeeper. While this may appear to be straightforward, for those of us seeking more joy in life, simplicity has enormous importance and should not be overlooked in this courageous quest. Make use of and enlist the support of your left, analytical brain, while not disregarding the intuitive influence of your right brain. As a result, you'll have a powerful, to-the-point vigilant ally on hand to monitor and aid you as you grow.

Allow your conscious mind to gently remind you of your thoughts and responses, as well as the acts you conduct during your regular tasks. Deliberately fine-tuning your ideas as they occur is a vital step to achieving the results you desire. With just a few conscious applications of what you've learned here, it'll become second nature in no time and open portals of higher consciousness that flood the subconscious with a more positive, thought redirection. Actual improvements and related adjustments will be visible to you and people around you in a short time. First and foremost, congratulate and applaud yourself for reading thus far, as it demonstrates your determination and want to become a more woke being. We're all on this road together, so take it easy on yourself and on everything else. Avoid the mental self-flagellation that might accompany any danger to unpleasant preset responses triggered by the subconscious via the ego. Remind yourself that this is a simple procedure, and that some stubborn personal characteristics you want to change will take time to permeate and change your subconscious for the better. Simply opt to engage willingly and start the procedure. Not to mention the fact that we have all of eternity to achieve perfection!

CHAPTER TWO:

MIND POLLUTION

Our brain is a vital organ in our bodies. It is the ultimate organizer and reader of all internal organs, as well as the primary organ that ensures that all internal processes run smoothly. To keep up with the daily internal activity of the body and our everyday functioning, the brain mostly relies on food. As a result, maintaining a healthy body is essential for developing a more calm, powerful, and practical mind.

All of this world's creativity, as well as everything that will ever happen; all inventions, products, and innovations, are the direct result of our minds being set in motion. Our mind's power is limitless and beyond comprehension.

What ‘presently existing' and has occurred in our reality thus far is the outcome of our collective wants, ideas, and actions amassed over time. Desire, which is an unconscious state of mind in general, is the major driver of the thoughts and behaviors that shape our reality. Desire paralleled our efforts because it is the process by which something that does not exist flourishes to become real. As a result, without thought and action, what exists cannot become what it is. As a result, the combination of what exists and what does not exist defines existence as we separate all that can exist from what does not exist.

Humanity has the ability to influence what already exists, but they lack the ability to recognize what does not. The relevance of our human mind, which is accountable for our thoughts, is that it is the only method we can change something that does not exist into its first stage of existence. The more productive and goal-oriented our ideas are, the further we can progress in our reality. Acts are created as a result of our thoughts, and the more actions we are willing to perform, the more torque we contribute to this circle of life. We may increase the voltage of collective awareness by adding more electrons or reduce it to null by eliminating electrons, just as we can increase the voltage of an electric circuit by adding more electrons. Even at the smallest individual level, actions must be sustained in order to keep the flow moving. We are all made up of the same genes and a similar amount of cells, so we are biologically identical. People's thoughts and deeds, on the other hand, differ around the globe. Some people are more inclined to think, while others rely solely on actions, and yet others rely on both.

As we misuse the power of desire, cognition, and action hierarchy, personality disorders and emotional complexes are on the rise. We are limiting our thought process by dimming the light on conscious desire. As a result, acts are getting more chaotic as impulsiveness drives them. Our actions now reflect our lack of desire or spontaneity, as thoughts that serve to govern and filter desires become objects that are cast on the shelf. The issue is that most of us are conditioned to think horizontally due to a lack of forethought. We are compelled to confine ourselves to our immediate surroundings, preventing us from performing at our best. We have evolved into a culture of mass consumers of all types of goods, including ideas.

The difficulty is that it is imposed on our current way of life, whether intentionally or not.

The ability to function successfully in life and get to where we want to go is solely dependent on the mind, and not just the mind, but the purity of our mind. The biological and mental processes of the mind must be maintained. Mental health, as well as the reorganization of our thoughts and aspirations in the action pyramid, are necessary for us to progress in the direction of expansion rather than regression.

Today, however, this lack of organization is contributing to the rise in the number of borderline personalities, ranging from narcissists to sociopaths and a variety of other mental diseases. These ailments are either physiologically based or mental disorders caused by the conditioning of the mind. There are two types of mental disorders: biological and psychological, such as congenital limitations, DNA flaws, and brain damage. However, in the vast majority of cases, they are the result of poor mental habits. As a result of our cumulative experiences, our thinking mode, and our unconscious bad behaviors, the majority of these problems arise. Exposure to various sorts of contaminants that influence biology and psychology is the major cause of the current rise in mental diseases.

Life is getting increasingly fast-paced, necessitating greater concentration to keep up. However, the amount of information that our brain is continuously inundated with is reducing our ability to focus.

People are spending more time in front of their televisions and on social media, oblivious to the dangers of storing this knowledge in their subconscious minds. Subliminal marketing messages and toxic content from all places have a negative impact on the brain, causing it to create a virtual world and dimension to our existence. Our subconscious mind, which functions as a recorder, is unable to distinguish between what is real and what is not, and hence constantly replaying unconscious thoughts in our heads. This living model contributes to a life of discomfort in which the distinction between the actual and the imagined is blurred. This autopilot mode to which we have switched our minds has resulted in a new social order: anarchy on both a social and an internal level. As a result of allowing our subconscious to define what we should or should not believe, what is not real is slowly but steadily becoming our reality. As the electricity within us is directed in chaos, the mental process by which we have developed a complex network linked by electric waves has become unstable. We have been taught to experience a frequency that is different from the one we were designed to experience. As a result, the state of our current world falls well short of what it should be. It's still unclear whether this new situation and mind programming are being set by some huge businesses that dominate practically all media, from TV channels to social media. Whatever the case may be, the reality remains that we are being led down a path of negativity and mind control.

The media acts as steel bars, keeping people inside predetermined borders and limiting our mental powers to the completion of monotonous duties. We are induced into sentiments of emotional sorrow and torment, and we will remain conditioned to our current state of being unless we become conscious of our current reality and its harmful impact on our lives. Many of us go home at the end of the day, oblivious to the source of our anxiety. We sit on our couches and watch TV, only adding to the situation. Being conditioned by our surroundings is extremely harmful to our well-being and jeopardizes our very existence. It implies complete apathy and unintentionally causes mental abnormalities.

Furthermore, our modern state of being is limiting our brain capacity below its genuine potential, to the point that we become mentally crippled while living under the delusion that we are getting more knowledge from these limiting information sources.

We are being distracted from our genuine life mission by mental pollution. As a result, people are constantly attempting to alter their realities in order to find significance by hiding behind social media identities and acting via masks. As a result, there is greater social dissonance and more shallow, appearance-based interactions. Negative mind programming is currently sweeping the globe, imprinting all negativity into our state of being through news blitzed from all directions. Anyone watching a horror film for the first time may experience significant psychological and tormenting effects. The shock effect is somewhat diminished after multiple viewings. We are numbed on the outside while believing it has no effect on us on the inside, but it does. It consistently bothers us on all levels through our subconscious thoughts. That's how it works in programming. While we are fully ignorant of it, whatever we perceive becomes encoded as data in our memory.

When we allow our brains to become acclimated to pessimism, our outlook on life becomes poisoned.

So many programs corrupt our thinking that our subconscious keeps track of them in disturbing ways.

When we turn on the television, we notice that most shows are saturated with violent graphic imagery in movies and on the news, which infiltrate our subconscious and provide it with sustenance. When we are confronted with negativity or negative situations in our daily lives, we connect them to the knowledge previously stored in our minds and cope with them instinctively using our ingrained notions. We engage without considering the ramifications. As a result, we become negative, dangerous beings that unconsciously disseminate negativity in our immediate surroundings.

People who have the ability to kill become accustomed to doing it. Most offenders are unmoved by their deeds and show no regret. Soldiers are similarly taught to act without hesitation, despite the fact that such actions can result in a great deal of grief. With time, what starts tiny turns into something bigger. This is the fundamental law of the universe. To supplement and expand on what is currently available and existing. What's already there will draw more of the same. Life is a continuous accumulating game.

As a result, even the tiniest hidden unfavorable externality has a significant influence.

We begin to adopt negative behavior patterns as soon as we are born, and we add to them with additional negativity. Observing today's morally declining standards will reveal this. Morality is moving and, in some ways, deteriorating as each generation becomes more damaging to people and the environment. What was formerly considered taboo is now completely accepted.

This is tearing apart the basic foundations of our society and creating an uneasy atmosphere in our lives.

Was this done on purpose to discourage people from becoming afraid of the unknown? What is clear is that the human brain is exposed to numerous shocks every day from various sources. We're in the midst of a full-fledged "Alice in Wonderland" scenario. The "Stockholm Syndrome" keeps us connected to "wrongs" by putting us under the impact of news and negativity. Our reality is being twisted to fit a narrative that the media wants us to believe. Fear, negativity, and odd social behaviors are bombarded upon us on a daily basis to the point where they have become routine. As a result, we are currently experiencing our world through wholly fictitious life events. Things are perplexing on an unconscious level, with no clear direction, and we strive to find any outlet to escape it, which is perplexing given the desperation involved.

People appear to have put so much effort into their physical and psychological anguish without even recognizing it, to the point where they believe they will never be able to return to a state of equilibrium, no matter how hard they try. It can be difficult to overhaul one's entire life. But once it becomes a belief and we recognize that it is a must-do, we can simply execute it. It only requires one part to be taken on. What can we do when most media stations broadcast the same 'news' and the same sponsors pay them to do so? To begin, you must first locate a news station that you believe is trustworthy. Let's face it, news is a business, thus you should expect some stories to be broadcast exclusively on television in order to sell commercials. That is simply how the world operates. The trick is to look for news that you believe is trustworthy. That is something I cannot emphasize enough. This may necessitate a search. You might be able to locate it on TV or the radio, or you might have to look for it online. The goal is to locate it.

There is one point I'd want to bring up. I'm not suggesting that you only watch media that you agree with. I'm advising you to seek out media that you can trust. We all have our own perspectives and biases. That's all fine and dandy. I'm attempting to convey the importance of finding media that reflects your ideals. If the person speaking to me is trustworthy, I can watch PBS or FOX. It's possible that neither channel is telling me what I want to hear, but if I trust the person speaking, it aligns with my beliefs. A value isn't a point of view or an opinion. A value is a fundamental characteristic. A basic list of options would suffice.

  • Honesty
  • Integrity
  • courage
  • tact
  • Compassion
  • Humor (Some argue that humor isn't a value.) I don't agree.)
  • Knowledge

The list could go on and on, which brings me to the crux of the matter.

BE AWARE OF YOUR VALUES

Make a top ten list of your values and explain what each one means and why it is important to you in detail. As you make this list, you'll see that there are a lot of 'poisons' in your mind that don't align with your beliefs. That is the beginning of the procedure. You may now cleanse your mind and start living a life free of tension and fear. As you filter out unnecessary information that serves no purpose, your concerns will dissipate. I believe we can all agree that in today's world, the sources of mental pollution are limitless.

So, we've spoken about news media a little bit, and we've come to the conclusion that while we should be open to hearing diverse viewpoints and points of view, we also need to make sure that those points of view are coming from someone who shares our values. That's a fantastic start. The other part of that, which I hope you gleaned, is to avoid obsessing over any narrative for an extended period of time. It serves no purpose other than to deprive you of your sense of purpose and joy. We can listen to information and use critical thinking to assess whether it is worth considering. Always try to think about a news piece with a purpose in mind. If it's for knowledge, that's fantastic. Even better if it's for action. The news should be available to keep you informed. The news isn't supposed to entertain you or tell you what you should think. Your thinking is under your control. If a narrative persuades you to change your mind about a topic after some critical thought, you're learning to regulate your thoughts, which will help you control your emotions as well.

So, what about amusement? Should we only pay attention to things that are valuable? Yes, but allow me to explain. Humor is as important to me as any other value. As a result, viewing a comedy satisfies that urge. It is entirely up to me to determine what I find amusing. Even if I find something amusing, there are some things I will not watch. This is a decision I've made and a choice I've made. I won't watch a film if it straddles too many of the values I hold dear. There's no need to compromise my principles for a good chuckle. Other options are available to me. Perhaps you despise violence but enjoy scary flicks. 'That doesn't make any sense,' some may say. How can you despise violence while enjoying those films?' First and foremost, it is your decision. You don't have to explain why you enjoy a particular form of entertainment to anyone. Second, many people experience anxiety as a result of seeing these flicks. Many horror films are more in line with people's underlying ideals than a romantic comedy with no actual message. Some horror films have a revenge theme. The majority of spectators are aware that this is a work of fiction, and it is amusing to watch the bully 'get it' in the end. A movie has worth if it entertains you in a way that makes you laugh or gives you a sense of adventure in your life.

Let me say a few words on something that I am very passionate about. That is the sound of music. Most people today would agree that music is no longer what it once was or could be. Is today's generation less talented than that of Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd? No, I'm afraid. Music has been tainted by the same folks who peddle news as merely amusement or eye candy, which is a tragedy. Thank you, God, for Youtube and internet music. My advice to you, young and old, is to experiment with different types of music and performers to find what resonates with you. This has no right or wrong answer. This is an enjoyable activity. Our souls are nourished by music. It frequently bypasses the brain and directly affects our hearts. That's a two-edged sword. In certain circumstances, it is beneficial, while in others, it is harmful. I recommend that you listen to a song with an open mind and then really dive into it after hearing it once or twice to determine whether it has any value for you. Your music diet, like your food diet, can promote health or disease. That may be overdone, but I believe you get what I mean. Even if a song is merely for fun, it might still be significant. The importance of entertainment in one's life cannot be overstated. Music has the ability to feed our emotions in a way that no other medium can. Take control of your emotions and use music to your advantage. When I go lifting weights, I listen to Heavy Metal, but when I'm relaxing on a Friday night with a few beers, I listen to Pink Floyd. When I was training for a boxing match, I would listen to Bach or Mozart on the way home to calm my anxieties. The point is that I was in control of what went into my ears and could use it for whatever task I was working on. It's worth a shot. You'll be pleased with the outcome. You have control over what you listen to.

I would also recommend that everyone of the readers here pick up a book and begin reading. Find something that interests you and go for it. Nothing beats a book for informing, entertaining, and assisting us in our quest for knowledge. Examine the author's background to ensure that the book will be beneficial to you. Understand that, like any other type of media, you may disagree with the author's point of view. That isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as the book provokes thought. Disagreeing with someone else's point of view can help us figure out who we are and what we value. It is well worth the read as long as the book provides value for you.

It's a workout to keep your mind free of useless information. It takes time, but you will realize that you are less nervous, more knowledgeable, and less scared about the future after a few weeks. It is hard to protect our minds from everything, but we can control what we meditate on if we learn to pick and choose carefully. We learn to get rid of the rubbish and save what makes us think, grow, and care about others. It's worth a shot. Give yourself mental control and watch how rapidly your personal well-being improves. Take it one step at a time, with consistency and perseverance.

OPTIMAL FOUNT AND HOW TO ATTAIN IT

Reaching out for “The Fount” entails developing a new ability to read and connect in silence with all of creation through “pure memory” within ourselves, rather than achieving a specific location far away in the Universe. All that is behind it is unattainable by physical means, therefore pure memory particles are the closest anybody can ever approach to creation. The enormous power that generates life and all of its components is known as "The Fount," which is where anything physical is born. You should be prepared to begin receiving the Fount energy from everything around you on many levels. This capacity is the key to understanding one's life in all of its aspects. Everything that makes us and surrounds us is made up of a collection of diverse memory forms, all of which are made up of pure memory particles. These memory particles are present in everything you can see and everything you can't see.

They are in their most basic state before being imprinted with any type of information.

All elements in the Universe and all life forms are formed by various associations and formations of memory particles imprinted with an infinite number of information, which are generated from pure memory through information exchange between each particle of the formation and the whole (other particles and the environment).

The particle receives fresh imprinting after being imprinted with new data by other particles, and it stays that way until another stronger memory imprints something new on top of its data. Air molecules float in a sea of invisible free particle world of this pure memory, which is a type of association of this memory imprinted to become oxygen, nitrogen, and so on. This pure memory, which is a constituent of both air molecules and all particles where the atoms float, which we incorrectly believe is empty surrounding them, goes undetected and unfelt as they sit weightlessly and have incredibly minute sizes beyond conception, occupies 100 percent of the space.

So far, research has reached the “Planck” level (named after Physicist Max Planck). Plancks are subatomic particles that exist seven layers below the atomic level. Even one Planck is made up of billions of these pure memory particles, which are the essential building blocks of life.

It is difficult for us to recognize them at our level of existence, yet the reality is that nothing around us is void or empty. Everything in and around us is filled and made by an infinite number of "pure memory" particles to the point where the entire Universe, what we can see of it or what we can't see of it, is floating in this matter to form an endless tissue that engulfs the entire Universe in all directions.

Checking locations in the Universe that are thought to be absolutely void is the best way to realize their presence in their original form, as this is where their concentration is the purest, free of any imprinting from constellations, planets, stars, or light. All matter in our environment is made up of the same stuff that has been shaped into various shapes by forces to form the building blocks of everything. They produce the initial atoms, which are the main units humans can perceive, in large quantities thanks to electromagnetism and self-magnetism.

At this point, we can start putting what we regard to be material to the test. To an atom, one pure memory particle is equivalent to the size of the world multiplied by 10 quadrillions. The emergence of anything is merely the accumulation of tiny particles at various levels. The continuous accumulation represents birth and expansion, but the dissolution and dissociation of these particles back to their single pure memory particle form represents death and degeneration.

Between the tiniest object we humans can see and these particles, one can envision all the material and diverse worlds that exist unseen and untested. There is a wider world between us and these particles that we are utterly unaware of. As a result, our universal knowledge and "all that exists" on a sensical level are merely a fraction of what really exists and is happening in our natural world on a minute scale. All information in this world is shared in this infinite memory tissue that stretches in all directions.

We can't see the memory associations below the atoms, and I believe that animals and creatures with heightened senses can detect a narrow spectrum of vibrations from these associations, although humans can't. Information flows naturally between all of these tissue components; however, our brains are unable to read it in its particle form because our minds work with electric signals, which are made up of a large number of these particles imprinted many times with different forces to become what we can understand on a developed level. In our existence, there are no physical and metaphysical realms; everything is tangible, regardless of its size.

The direct result of pure memory particles reaching the "still memory" stage, where they take their final form, is the materialization of anything in the world. However, after being subjected to specific superior forces and energies, these particles vibrate at different frequencies in their final form. At all levels, memory particles are constantly exchanging information with one another and are interconnected all the way up to "The Fount."

If one could see all of these interactions or try to imagine what is going on, one would realize how fluid our Universe is, both inside and outside of us. This memory fills the Universe, changing from absolutely invisible to evident while filling every drop of our existence, in contrast to what it appears to be still due to the wide range of shade. When two memory particles come together, they imprint each other for the first time. As a result, the first exchange of knowledge on a material level takes place. When a sufficient number of these particles are combined, the first atom is formed, which can now be imprinted with a variety of additional memories, including genetic memory. Genetic memory is not the memory that is formed as a result of our genes, but rather the memory that will form as a result of our genes at a later time. The metaphysical is only out of our reach or existence. What does exist, though, is a trace of the supernatural in these tiny particles, which may give us a hint of what it is. In nature, everything we see, as well as everything we don't see, is made of material. Many of these particles have substantial traces of the metaphysical before they become imprinted. Because of its small size and our limited perceptions, more than half of the material universe is invisible to us. But what is going on at this microscopic level, down to the atom level, is considerably more than everything we can see in the entire Universe put together. There are materials you'll never sense or feel, and material life you'll never imagine, in as many dimensions as your imagination allows.

Due to our sensory limitations, we may not be able to test these dimensions very soon. Also, our brain is unable to digest the information it receives. They become the driving force behind everything that exists and everything else we emit unless they are available at a level that we can comprehend. Our brain is trained on a specific spectrum of sensory information and can only interpret electricity, which is a higher developed level of these particles by imprinting on numerous levels, so this is well beyond our comprehension. To put it another way, what we can see and record about our Universe will never be 1% of what it is, because most of it and its components can never be understood or sensed unless we develop the technology to watch these particles as they make up everything in it. In some ways, it's a godsend because we'd never be able to fully comprehend the world otherwise. The world surrounds us with atoms, molecules, and beings. We'd never be aware of or feel the presence of lower associations. Unless these particles congregate in large numbers and are imprinted in a logical manner to produce atoms, molecules, electricity, and so on, our understanding of the world will be restricted. As electricity still has traces of its origin in it, we might sometimes experience a very little unconscious recognition of these particles by our conscious in our body and mind. Even yet, we have no idea how to interpret this. It remains unnoticed by dismissing them, since we humans have a tendency to dismiss anything that has no prior explanation in our brains. This universe is not a duplicate of our own, but rather a version of our own in which our limits have been eliminated. Beyond “The Fount,” where these particles originate, our body, heart, and brain may detect remnants of this divine power, mostly on an unconscious level. Being religious would magnify the significance of this experience, turning it into faith. Faith is frequently characterized by spiritual convictions and emotions. The traces of the Fount, on the other hand, are the major grounds for the emergence of various faiths.

From the earliest human tribes to the most advanced civilizations, we have all believed in some form or another that there is an intelligent driving force that created the entire Universe.

What we can conclude from this is that what we experience in our lives on a human level contains a significant amount of divine content, even if we are unaware of it before we begin imprinting it with all of our human sensory memories, which we do. All of our atoms, cells, and organs are made up of varying complexities and associations of this pure memory imprinted on top of our genetic and sensory memories. As a result, rather than beginning our search for what is divine outside of us, we should begin by looking for indications of the divine within us, which are closer.

Once we have the necessary attitude and comprehension of these particles' existence, we will realize that this seemingly unending huge universe is made up of infinitely tiny particles interacting at a microscopic level. These particles have a lifespan that exceeds our understanding of time and can be called infinite by our standards because they are not constrained by our time, but rather by time. From and to them, all existence associates and dissociates. Even if it is unspoken, everything is recorded in this "pure memory," which resides in your brain and can be transmitted whether we want it or not. It might be accessible because it is registered somewhere in the Universe. They are everything and the location where everything is made and created in endless forms at infinite stages, whether directly or indirectly. The Fount "pure memory" particles make up who we are and everything around us. The Fount memory particles are present in both what we see and what we don't see, and they connect us to everything. In this way, by being more conscious of the internal activity that passes through us. In this Universe, we have the ability to travel to any location we wish. I'm not talking about it physically at this stage because it requires dissolving back into pure memory particles. I propose that we achieve this by focusing on the information contained in these particles and becoming attuned with their frequencies and vibrations. When this level is reached, everyone will be able to convey information via connectedness to anything in his environment, because the particles that make up us make up everything around us and connect all that exists. This permits information to flow freely between all systems.

In this setting, all Universal rules, regardless of their nature, operate.

Furthermore, everything we consider metaphysical, such as Birth, Death, Ghosts, Angels, Chi, Karma, Laws of Attraction, Laws of Cause and Effect, Sixth Sense, Yoga, Reincarnation, Reiki, and everything else of abstract meaning to us, are direct exchanges, associations, and dissociations in various ways of this minute physical world at various levels. Some of them are created by our thoughts and made available for use in this memory tissue, while others are drawn to our bodies by it. There's a lot more to it than this, as these are only instances. Simply put, the memory transmitted across the Fount is converted into a frequency and charged with energy in our bodies. The changed memory acts as a magnet, drawing everything you want to do to you. Through these particles, the minute realm of pure memory surrounding you will grow over the planet in whichever way you choose. Furthermore, the magnetic field created by our actions and thoughts attracts particles and information from this memory tissue. We do this automatically all the time, but doing so consciously comes with a lot of drawbacks, primarily owing to human apprehension and limitations. On an unconscious level, communication from you to the outside and from the outside to you is always taking place through this memory tissue.

This pure memory in everything in the Universe is for our existence, just as water is for a fish, but they are also the fish, and they are in charge of keeping everything together on a global basis. Gravity, which many scientists believe is the primary factor that ties planets together, is floating in this recollection, and it holds everything together. This may be better communicated if the procedure was simplified a little to make it more tangible. If you bring a ball to the beach and try to hold it up with a grain of sand, the ball will never hold up since it is far heavier than a sand particle. Even yet, if you gather enough sand, the more sand you put in, the higher you'll be able to elevate the ball and keep it there. These particles completely swallow everything, leaving no space between them. They maintain everything, including planets, where they are, and form an electromagnetic tie between their completeness and everything they engulf, which is the same substance imprinted differently. The stream of pure memory goes through everything we believe exists and does not exist, from the grandest constellations and planets to the tiniest extant particle, and it also determines their nature through various combinations. A single "pure memory" particle is to one person what this person is to the entire constellation, according to our scale of things. They are weightless in our idea of weight, and they travel through existence at speeds we can't comprehend, from slowest to fastest and vice versa, beyond our comprehension of space and time.

It takes a lot of calm, focus, and attention to direct all of our thoughts towards “The Fount” in order to have access to it. Meditation and Yoga can have similar effects, but stillness is essential to bring our bodies and brains to their lowest frequencies, which allows for the interchange of free particles via electricity. This allows the electric exchange to reach its maximum potential by removing or reducing all genetic or sensory interference. Purification of the body and psyche accomplishes the goal of reducing genetic and sensory interferences. It is critical to limit all outside and internal interactions with this endeavor before consciously embarking on it. When all of these factors come together, we can attain the correct amplification level to feel a sliver of it and get a modest sense of connectivity. On a subconscious level, though, things are different since we are completely tied to it, and no kind of nature exists without it. Taking it to the conscious level, however, is difficult because it also shapes our consciousness, and it necessitates being acutely aware of both your consciousness and unconsciousness at the same time. In the tiniest possible conceivable, these pure memory particles are the entire existence.

They are the material that keeps everything running by acting as the main component on all levels, beginning with the core. From nothing to the air, a chair, an ant, and a single red blood cell, everything is made up of trillions of tiny particles in various forms, imprinting, and imprinting capacities.

The “what is not” on a human level, which includes the “what is,” and from which desire and action extract and materialize what is in our lives, such as thoughts, inventions, and experiences, is thus kept out of reach, because fully accessing and reading what is behind the Fount necessitates the use of multiple senses. Still, a clear mind and clear thoughts will allow us to gradually access a part of it through traces in these memory particles, in us and around us, allowing us to implement the proper mechanism for understanding the fundamentals of being more efficient in this reality and being able to materialize all that we seek. Stillness and serenity are the appropriate states of mind to be more conscious of this reality, as the Fount and the particles it generates are still and calm in essence. Anything a person desires can become a reality if they attain that state of mind. Once consciousness is attained, this is accompanied by a sense of serenity and peace.

In today's world, keeping all of the annoyances, pollutants, and negativity out of our heads is a full-time job in itself, so going the extra mile will not be easy, since most people will give up due to their fear of the unknown. The energy of the Fount is limitless in nature yet limited when it is generated. To simplify things, imagine a generator with infinite capacity; the more houses this generator delivers electricity to, the more the electric power will be confined to each house due to the electric appliances, electronic equipment, and lights that require power inside this house. Consider a generator that can power 100 homes. You increase the electricity burden by 10 more dwellings and their appliances. Even though the generator is providing the same amount of power, each house's power will dim. As a result, it is critical to maintain as many appliances as possible available in order to maximize the use of this energy, especially because it is endless and free.

The "Fount" is the initiator of the "What is not" that we cannot see or sense, which in turn initiates the "what is" that we can see or experience, and the "What is not" of creation is the most silent form of existence since it is less congested with imprinting. Let us use the generator as an example again; this generator provides the main electricity; we see it at home because we have appliances to view it, but it remains unobserved by the outside world in the generator itself.

The technique to attain the "Fount" is both too simple and too difficult for us humans, as it necessitates a tremendous degree of want, wants, and complete mental purity at extreme levels, as well as earnest conscious devotion of your entire body and mind to it, which is just impossible. However, once one decides to cut-off and minimize the quantity of outside stimuli, as well as body and mind pollutants, that muck with our minds, and erase the negative program from our sub-conscious, better readings of it become possible. It's important to note that our conscious is to our sub-conscious as "What is" is to "What is not" on a huge scale on our inner selves. The method for gaining access to and controlling information flow is determined by the state of the building. These particles contain the specific machinery for reading and receiving information. In the case of dwellings powered by a generator, the more receptors you install inside the house, the more power you would be able to extract from the main Fount.

When the proper way is found, the unconscious communication and interchange through these free pure memory particles, which previously occurred unknowingly back and forth between our entire bodies, thoughts, and hearts, becomes more ordered, directed, and conscious. Due to the nature of the particles and the limitations of our body and brain, complete consciousness of this process is unattainable. However, being completely aware of its existence and concentrating on directing the energy in a specific direction with purity and clarity of mind while demonstrating modesty by becoming aware of your limitations and practicing thankfulness will allow this exchange process to grow in size and productivity.

We are not new to the concept of accessing the Fount through its pure particle. We did it unconsciously at first, but the interference of contaminants prevented us from even realizing it. Unless we make intentional decisions to act, things will remain as they are. It is a simple continuous electromagnetic device that already connects us to the Universe and can read electrical signals in our minds and brains. The depths of our thoughts dictate how much or how little of the Fount memories we can recall. Simply thinking about accessing it generates electrical charges and frequencies that consciously connect one's entire body through particle exchange when one is consciously aware of this. This energy and the act of retrieving knowledge from information available in memory around us up to its Fount can be mastered to varying degrees by all of us. As memory commutes from and to it and is never lost, this pure memory comprises the memory of all existence as well as memory stored after creation. Imprinting is something that could be lost. The process requires your undivided attention, concentration, and awareness. The longer you meditate on it, the more you will be able to experience it in your heart first and synchronize your heart feeling with your mind, because it functions in different ways throughout our body. Electricity generated in our brain can be transmitted to the Fount via frequency and vibrations inside these particles, and information and ideas can be extracted from the Fount via thoughts and electrical magnetism.

The brain and heart diffuse and circulate electricity throughout the body and other organs. The right atrium of the heart plays a significant part in generating electricity via the senatorial node, and so plays a significant role in the process. The frequency is determined by the power circuit and the generated electricity at the cellular and mental levels. Characters and personalities are determined by the frequency, which is completely controlled and easy to guide toward goals. The higher your body's frequencies, which govern its vibrations, the more mentally unstable and irritable you become, which has a direct impact on your personality. This high level of frequencies, which I believe is caused by a larger electrical supply to the brain, causes it to be overloaded. As a result, all mental diseases can be categorized and categorised according to criteria. The range of frequencies, from low to high, determines the severity of the mental illness and diagnoses it based on the symptoms that each frequency produces. The efficiency with which one can reach the Fount is dependent on his body's ability to achieve the lowest vibrations possible in order to generate the required frequencies. Our body functions similarly to a projector. A projector is a device that receives power and produces light.
