How we get printed books to you, what delivery costs, and what happens when something goes wrong on the way. E-books are not shipped — they appear in My Library the moment payment clears.
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. We do not currently ship printed books outside Pakistan. If you are abroad, buy the e-book edition — it is available worldwide and readable immediately.
Two carriers cover the country between them, and the checkout picks the one that serves your city:
You do not choose the carrier. Larger towns and cities are served by our courier partner; areas they do not reach go by Pakistan Post, which is slower but reaches everywhere.
The delivery charge depends on where the order is going, and the checkout shows it before you pay — enter your city and the exact figure appears above the total. It is never added afterwards.
The minimum order value is Rs 200.
Orders over Rs 3,000 often qualify for free delivery. Whether a particular order does depends on the books in it, so rather than promise it in advance, the checkout tells you: if your delivery is free, it says so beside the total before you pay.
You can pay online by card, or choose cash on delivery and pay the courier when your books arrive. Cash-on-delivery orders show as “Cash on delivery” in your dashboard rather than “unpaid” — nothing is owed to us in advance.
Orders are packed and handed to the courier from our warehouse in Wah Cantt. You can follow the whole journey from My Orders: every order shows a delivery timeline — Order placed → At our warehouse → On its way → Delivered — and, once the courier has your parcel, its tracking number and every scan they record against it, with dates.
The tracking stays on the order after it arrives, so you always have a record of exactly when a parcel was delivered.
While an order is still with us you can cancel it yourself from My Orders, instantly and at no cost. Once the courier has collected it, cancelling is no longer possible — see the Refund Policy for what to do then.
If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel at the door, it comes back to us as a return. We are still charged by the courier for the round trip, and the books have travelled twice for nothing.
Because of that, a refused delivery adds a one-off Rs 200 refused-delivery fee to your next order. You are not charged for the books themselves — nothing was paid — and the fee is charged once, not repeatedly. It is shown on the returned order and itemised at checkout before you pay, so it is never a surprise.
If a delivery was refused in error, or you were not there to receive it and it was recorded as a refusal, tell us from the order in your dashboard and we will look into it.
That is our mistake, not yours. Report it from the order in My Orders. Once we have approved the return you post the book back and enter the tracking number on your order, and when it reaches us we refund you in full.
You will also be given a free-delivery voucher, applied automatically to your next order. You should not be out of pocket for our error, and rather than ask you for a courier receipt we simply pay for your next delivery.
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the tracking says delivered and nothing reached you, report it from the order in your dashboard. Please do it within a reasonable time of the delivery date so the courier still holds records we can check.
E-books involve no shipping, no delivery charge and no waiting. They appear in My Library as soon as your payment clears, and are readable on any device. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, e-books are not cancellable or refundable — see the Refund Policy.
Anything about an order is best raised from the order itself in My Orders, so it reaches us with the details attached. Otherwise contact us and we will reply within two working days.
