She is the founder of Educating Our Future, an initiative focused on restoring orphanage-linked schools, rebuilding libraries, and creating learning environments grounded in dignity and care.

Alesha is currently studying Social Developmental Studies at Aga Khan University, with academic interests in early childhood development, developmental psychology, and community-based education. Her academic work informs her writing, particularly her attention to children’s inner lives and the quiet ways trauma is carried through habit, silence, and adaptation. She has been actively involved in public advocacy for education reform and child rights, with her work and voice featured on Geo News, FM 91, Express Tribune, and The News International.
