"بےنتیجہ" — نام ہی پوری کتاب کا خلاصہ ہے
اردو شاعری میں "بےنتیجہ" جیسے عنوان خود ایک بیان ہیں۔ یہ کتاب کسی منزل کی قید سے آزاد ہے۔ یہاں سفر اہم ہے، حاصل نہیں۔
شاعر نے ان لمحوں کو لفظ دیا ہے جو ہم سب پر گزرتے ہیں مگر بول نہیں پاتے۔ یہ عشق کی وہ کہانی ہے جس کا کوئی حاصل نہیں، وہ دوستی جو ادھوری رہ گئی، وہ خواب جو ٹوٹ کر بھی خوبصورت لگتے ہیں۔
